Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium

This is the stadium that was built for the world Soccer Cup in 2010 in Port Elizabeth. A group of us went there this evening to take some photos while a Super 15 rugby game was in progress - so the stadium was lit up.
It is a beautiful stadium, both inside and out, and works well for the many soccer and rugby games, and other functions that are held there.
It has been a glorious sunny and warm day - seems we've had our two or so days of winter!!
