New Baby!!

Even though there are many homeless cats everywhere in Norway as well, I'm pretty sure that I will never get used to seeing so many homeless animals everywhere as it it around here. The stray dogs seems to understand that it's probably easier to find food in the cities, but since several people keeps feeding them, there are a lot of cats around here. I've heard baby cats screaming from the other side of the fence for more than a week, and I was surprised to see that the litter must be older than I expected when one of them found it's way into the garden here yesterday morning. Since the dog here sees cats as intruders, I was worried sick about this helpless and skinny little thing that ran around screaming. After returning 3 times in one day, I guess it's "safe to assume" that mommy got sick of staying around. The garden is not a safe place to be, and he is way too young to be safe on his own. So my friend (who by the way is the most awesome person in the world right now - thank you, thank you!!!!) agreed to take him in and keep him safe and feed him!! So now lil' ms. animal lover can honestly say that she can't even go on holidays to another country without trying to get new pets :p This terrified little cutie was so afraid last night, but now he is already exploring everything around him, eating well, and he even enjoys cuddling already! I've named my precious little one Gabriel
