Breakfast Treat

H loves to finish off my yogurt after our morning dog walk. We enjoyed a nice 6km walk round the back of Linhouse/Oakbank with plenty of watering holes as it was a warm start.

Got a day of back to back meetings online with colleagues not customers. India to start with and working my way back to the UK.

Badminton off tonight (thankfully!) so I may opt for a bike ride to keep off my feet.
