Funeral & A&E

Good friend & holiday buddy was laid to rest today. It was a bit fraught at first when the officiant went to the wrong crematorium 40 miles away. All was saved when a long standing friend of T&C stepped up to take the service but as a humanist he opted out of saying the prayers so C’s grandchildren read them beautifully, C would be very proud of them all.
Got home & watered the garden then found out my sister was in A&E so I went in to keep her company whilst she waited for a bed. She arrived in A&E at 1.30pm & was still waiting when I left her at 11pm tonight, I think she will be sat in A&E all night, her MRI is scheduled for 9am tomorrow morning.
