Famous

I had an early hygienist appointment this morning and as hubby has the car on a Monday I walked into town.
My photo is of two things Tamworth is famous for, the spud man and Colin Grazier. People travel from far and wide for the famous spuds, when I walked past at 9.30 he wasn’t open but there was already a queue!! The photo was taken just after 10am and he was busy serving. The Colin Grazier anchor memorial reminds us of a sailor in the Royal Navy who was posthumously awarded the George Cross. He was born in Two Gates, Tamworth.
Bowling league tonight, I haven’t played for a few weeks and I’m sure to have aches and pains in the morning.
