Morning on phone to find a 'decent' dog friendly' local hotel for a friend coming in a few weeks. Not an easy matter. Eventually presented him with a choice of 3 and he has booked.

Mr B irritated as he wanted to go out. All's well that ends well, finally got to Boscombe at 3pm. Had a flat white at Da Nunzio, and vegan chocolate/coconut ice-cream (icecream imported from Italy, a new line for him).

Then met Mr B after tennis at the Nici. Luckily passed this curious graffiti on the way. Sat on the terrace till almost 7.
