Prickly pear

I went on my Monday morning coastal walk today and I almost blipped the sea again, as it was just so crystal clear, but then I couldn’t resist this flowering prickly pear, growing wild on the pathway. I love the fruit itself but rarely buy it, as I’m the only one who eats it (Mark and Amber are put off by the hard seeds inside - I just swallow them whole, in true Cypriot fashion).
