Art???

The latest money waster by our  Ex town councillors, this “artwork” is displayed in the town centre. The colours are supposed to represent notable bits of the town.
Taken as a whole, I think it shows the town well, ie DRAB.
As a work of art, the old tv colour test bars were better.
