Fantastic afternoon

Lunch in the sun with Sue was great, as was the banter with friends at another table who were going to the same show.

The main event was Candelabra Classics with Jonathan Roxmouth on piano, and the Johannesburg Philharmonic, such talented people.  

His costumes, especially the one emulating Liberace were outrageous, and he had us all entertained with his humour.  So refreshing to see someone with such talent not taking himself so seriously and just having fun.

Just a pity he is leaving SA for Shanghai for eight months.  Great for him as he is taking the lead as Phantom, but he will be missed here for sure.
