Towards Cowes

We spent a good evening with No 2 son and C yesterday. This morning we drove to Southampton to join our cruise ship. All very straightforward, although journey took longer than expected due to roadworks on the M3.

The ship is impressive and we had a lovely dinner onboard.

We left Southampton at 1730 and the Solent is very calm.
