Sleepy

Yesterday, Mr Pandammonium said that he’d ‘left the washing in’ the washing machine; I thought he was referring to wet washing, which would now have been sitting in there all night.

What he actually meant was that he hadn’t taken out the dirty washing that I’d already put in before he put his washing in, and he hadn’t shut the washing machine door, so the washing machine, which I’d set up to start on shutting the door, didn’t start.

‘I didn’t know I was supposed to.’

He also didn’t understand why one of his hoodies and stuff were nearby.

Recall the plethora of post-it notes.

‘I didn’t see them.’

‘How could you not see them?!’

I’d stuck one to the colour catchers and one to the eco-friendly washing pods. One told him to shut the door and the machine should turn on; the other told him if there wasn’t enough room in the machine for all his clothes, put on another wash, giving him the settings, and put the hoodie and other items in as well.

‘I was focused on putting the stuff inside.’

‘But how could you not see them?!’ They must surely have been in his face as he bent down.

Anyway, the washing is clean and dry(ing) now.

In other news, I forgot about the bolt. Maybe tomorrow.

In more other news, we’re up to date with Masterchef.

In even more other news, I’d like to thank you for your appreciation of yesterday’s blip: thank you for your appreciation of yesterday’s blip.

In yet more other news I’ve added a new anecdote I missed out yesterday; see the two paragraphs before Air.
