A brilliant day doing some of my favourite things! Am early swim in the sea with Emma and Pete, the water was flat and calm but still morning chilly. Home for some cooking - I’ve got a bit absorbed with the twin doctor man writing and the ultra processed food which I’m now trying to reduce in Will’s food- he does like a nice snack cupboard. But I have remembered how quick it is to make a cake and rolls and how lovely they are. So I made banana bread and lemon cupcakes for the week. Then I made myself a dress and watched the Grand Prix, what a lovely afternoon. Ham, eggs, chips and a variety of vegetables for tea. Chuffed with my nice day.

And all the roses are coming out beautifully. And I am finally all caught up with my blips!!
