SO?!? That's why?

       For a goodly chunk of the year. I felt somewhat disinclined to brave the Elephants/elements, but I was a bit gobsmacked in that every trip out and glance at the rain-gauge it never got any fuller.
       Now I see why.  The "funny"  thing is - in its current situation there's NO WAY  in can have been stepped on or kicked.   It was stuck in a HUGE container  such that, to step on it you'd have to lift a foot up/over a 50cm/18" Lip; then carefully aim at the gauge stuck in the middle and 30cm/12" above Soil level.
      I'd have thought, with that slope Ice would have slid up rather than breaking out.
      Duly replaced.
