"She turned me into a newt!"

Well , not really. But we did find this one , an Eastern Red Newt just hanging out on a rock off the path at Rickett's Glenn. We only made it about 2 miles in , just past Water's Meet , where the paths on either side of the falls converge. The park has a series of about 16 water falls of varying heights up to 60 ft and the trails up and down total 6 miles , 7 if you do the one on the other side of the road. The extras are the first falls after Water's Meet.
It tppk us about 2.5 hours with some dawdling to go 4 miles. I did this with friends in college and it took us under 3 hours to do the whole thing. I'll use the camera as an excuse , it's better than admitting it's age related.
