Sweet day

Today Ernie received two special visitors all the way from the land Down Under, Elsie & Charlie, who are good friends with his Gooma.

In Scotland to visit their daughter and grandchildren in Glasgow, Elsie & Charlie made a special day trip to Edinburgh just to see wee Ernie (as they knew they'd be in trouble with Gooma if they didn't stop by and lavish some cuddles on the boy).

Nikki was also under strict orders to bake them a rich, sugary cake (as their daughter's family is on a health kick) and so together they all had a very sweet day.

Thank you Elsie & Charlie for indulging Ernie with lots of attention and cuddles (and extra thanks to Elsie for rocking him to sleep for his midday nap)
