Bald Eagle on the Nest

I stopped by the eagles' nest in Skinner Butte Park on my way home from a downtown errand.
I was fortunate to find one of the eagles was on the nest feeding the chicks.
The eagle was mostly head down and tail up with the feeding process. 
Occasionally, the eagle assumed a quick upright posture with head swivels to check the surroundings, which gave me my blip.
