ONE O’clock, TWO O’clock ETC ETC !

Do you remember doing this as a child??
Well we’re ever did this day go? Seems I’ve only just got out of bed!
neighbour took me to the hairdressers AM then I managed , with the aid of a stick to vacuum through. Next time for the carer to come & cream my feet& legs & put y socks on. ( which I can’t do!) , next came a cupa , then exercises but these were difficult due to a new left sided pain grr! . I then hand washed as cardigan, & two skirts then tried exercises again’ still not very successful. Will rest now & hope for better results tomorrow .
