Number crunching

The neighborhood belongs to these ducks, according to them, and they proudly remind us from the rooftops every sunny morning. Even the German Shepherd concedes to them. The walk back along the river was a welcome treat tonight since I spent most of the day immersed in receipts and bills. I have to fie and reconcile June and the just-ended fiscal year this week, which will keep me busy. Income tax reports are also looming, and will undoubtedly set off a chain of confusion and frustration.
