The Winter Gardens

Many years ago the Gardens had banana trees... lack of funding brought the decline of the builing and contents. Recently there has been a push to improve things and, after a long period of closure, the Gardens are open and additional planting has started (but, yes, we have no bananas). The bloke on top is still here.
