She looks familiar .....

The second part of our holiday will be more 'cultural' and starts off in Venice. We've been here a number of times and it is a remarkable place. We never stay long - just too many people! - but it always special.

Off the train, down the steps of the station to the water bus, down the Grand Canal to the Lido where we'll be staying for a couple of days.

Took this shot from the bus. A version of the sculpture occupied the fourth plinth of Trafalgar Square for a while. Can't remember the details but we'll find out tomorrow when we do the Biennale.
