Drumpellier Country Parkrun

MrsT and I did an approx 7km dog walk this morning before I jumped in the car for Parkrun.

I headed through to Drumpellier Country Park for my 3rd time running this event. It’s a really nice course. Part trail part path. I’d say mostly trail though.

Haven’t got official time through yet but I’m about 24:01 so I’ll take that with the swollen foot and all. I’ll probably pay for that this afternoon.

Ten pin bowling this evening with the FiL at Murrayfield. L out with friends so MrsT and I will no doubt have some plans this afternoon too.

It’s going to be another scorcher. I could get used to this.
