Akbuk residents

Janice drove me to the villa after the usual morning activities and stayed to help by mopping floors and cleaning doors. What a wonderful friend and neighbour she is.  We had lunch in a near by cafe that I think is going to be a regular haunt of mine once I have officially moved in next week.  My new bed was delivered mid afternoon, the carpenter came and changed the kitchen cupboard handles (at last) and the pool men came to carry out the annual maintenance work needed before it can be filled.  Abu came to generally check all the work and discuss what remains to be done. 

With the new bed all made up, it was my first evening 'home alone' with Rufus who was definitely rather discombobulated at being in the fourth sleeping place in a month!  Early evening I walked to the restaurant to get takeaway Pide (Turkish pizza) and while I was waiting, the Boar herd came in to town, kindly providing me with today's pic. My, but the grown ups are big piggies while the zigzag babies are just so cute - from a distance.

Watched Netflix on my phone tonight before my first ever sleep over in my new home. Rufus settled on his new mat - and me on my new bed ..... zzzz
