A funny old day

I spent the morning sorting out papers I’d left in a pile on the table, had an early lunch and then I seemed to crash. A kind of sandwich of sleepiness, awaking, sleepiness.  Late afternoon and early evening were my best times.  At one point I decided to go out into the garden to photograph the irises as they go over very quickly and then when I’d done it I didn’t like the natural background and thought I should have cut one of the flowers and photographed it against white background.  I had triptychs in mind.  So my blip for the day is a kind of compromise.  I created a white background in Lightroom and then this image evolved (shortly before I turned the light out last night).  I was using PhotoSplit in an option I’ve never used before.
