Ketchikan

Having a relaxing day on the ship while it is berthed at Ketchikan. We got off the ship and decided that we could not be bothered taking the 25 minute shuttle bus to the town. 

So instead, we got back on the cruise ship after a wander round the port mall, where we got talking to the lovely singer and pianist, Diane (see extra).

She was very impressed that we came from Scotland and within seconds, was serenading us and the rest of the shopping mall with the Proclaimers ‘500 Miles’. She then promised us another Scottish classic, ‘Sweet Dreams’ … well, I suppose Annie Lennox comes from Aberdeen. 

Sea day tomorrow as we head south to Canada.
