Another nice day at work. One hour of training - this time going over a lot of little things that is hurting the companies bottom line. To many drivers are not doing their jobs and thus when they get stopped by a cop - they and the company are getting citations (it used to be just the driver getting a ticket - thus companies pushed drivers to just drive but in 2010 the law changed and now the driver AND company get a citation if something is wrong - it really affects the companies insurance rates) Still learning and trying to put into practice what I am learning.. I don't ever want it to become "automatic" because then you just goes through the motions and your likely to forget something.. that's when something happen and...
