Grandpa!

We packed up this morning and drove down to mum and dads. Shell was still there with Ella and Ryan which was nice. It was a cold and rainy afternoon so we spent it inside with mum and lit the open fire at about 3.30!

The lovely thing about being down here for so long (it feels much longer than two weeks!) is that Joti has got to know and love mum and dad. She gets excited to see both of them and this afternoon wanted dad to pick her up which he did! Joti then chatted to dad and gave him a pat and a poke! She especially liked his glasses!

Mum used to love playing board games with us when we came down and I wasn't sure if she would still want to and feel up to it but tonight she wanted to play sequence! We had a few games and you wouldn't know anything was wrong with mum.

Kaz is doing it tough at home. She is flat out with her clients and also with renovating the house. Jo is up there at the minute and they were hoping that by now they would have finished painting and would be onto the garden. But, they still haven't taken off the wallpaper.

They have also had to fire the builder because he wasn't doing it properly and have had a horrible time with a psycho tiler who threatened to harm Kaz. So poor Kaz is under a bit of stress. We still have another week down here before going back.
