RHS Hyde Hall

Homeward bound today, but stopped half way back at the RHS garden in Essex. I’d been told I’d find it very small compared to RHS Wisley but actually I almost preferred it. Lots more flowers than Wisley so although it was a bit smaller, it felt there was more to see. Anyway, I managed to spend a couple of hours there, had some lunch, bought a couple of plants, and then headed home. A busy drive around the M25 but at least I wasn’t going in the opposite direction - there were a lot of hold ups the other way.

Lovely to be home and see how the garden is doing, and to catch up with Paul. I’m not back at work until Monday so my holiday isn’t over yet!
