Another day, another survey!

So glorious, with hot, sunny conditions, but as the Rowan is not yet in flower there was little chance of seeing my Longhorn beetle. Did see the first Large Red Damselfly of the season, two lizards and the Swifts, who have returned! Spent a decadent afternoon in the garden, sitting reading in the breeze and shade provided by the trees.
