That sort of day

A difficult day having to deal with people who are not performing, not interested in their responsibilities and, essentially, just feel entitled to earn a generous monthly stipend without putting in the effort.  One had also proved to be a bit of a trouble maker, so she was told in no uncertain terms how she was viewed.

I left the office a wee bit early so I could get my flu jab done, and getting back from walking in the forest a little earlier than normal I decided that a bit of baking might ease my irritation of dealing with people.

A wee bit darker topped than expected but they taste great.
