Mr A's tasty gravadlax and home made soda bread, to a new and excellent recipe.

For his birthday tea, Mr A treated me and V from upstairs to this as a starter, and then a delicious risotto with griddled sea bass. We sat around for a while and chewed the fat about the state of the building, and the absence of any progress. Tomorrow evening we have a long-awaited meeting about it. V brought Buckley with her (see extra - that's Mr A's hand - he was having a cuddle but then Buckley decided to pose). There's nothing we like better than a dark haired dog with floppy ears.

I spent most of the day in interviews. Again, great candidates and a good outcome, all concluded quickly at the end of the day.
