TOADALLY RELAXED

A lovely day today. Some old friends were visiting and I took them to Mount Grace Priory where, among the other delights, I spotted this toad just floating in one of the ponds. Lunch there, a meander round the gardens and then I took them up to Lordstones on the edge of the Cleveland Hills with a wonderful view over the countryside to the north. Then this evening they kindly treated us to a very tasty Indian meal in a restaurant we hadn't tried before.
We discovered that the holiday cottage we've booked in July is only about 10 miles from where they live, and we'll be there on Dee's birthday, so we can return the favour.
