3 Walks

Started the day with our weekly Wander out West at Workington, fab to see the group go a little further and tackle a couple of short but steep climbs. . 
Then popped down to Gosforth to join the lovely M for probably the best prepared and engaged volunteer walk I've had the joy of seeing delivered. So much fun that one hour became two and nearly three.
Finished with a 1:1 wander round Loweswater with a different M who was one of our first ever participants. Life's thrown him a few challenges lately and he wanted a check-in. Fabulous to see him slightly down but also finding his own positives, knowing he'll cope with events that would have floored him even a year ago, confident a Walk & Talk would help him regather.

Missy is very happy tonight, me too. 

 Couldnt decide which walk to blip, so the blue sky has drawn me in to a view of a distant Crummock Water framed by Mellbrek and Rannerdale on the wending drive home.
