Sideways look at the Moon
The Moon is endlessly fascinating. The changing illumination reveals new details every time; impact craters, ejecta material, volcanic domes, wrinkle ridges, collapsed lava tubes, I could go on but realise I'd quickly induce stupor in my readers!
This was taken with a 72mm diameter telescope and a high speed video camera.
