Ascott House and Gardens

We have friends visiting so, today, we went along to Ascott House and Gardens only a few miles from where we live. The weather was perfect- sunny but not too hot - and the grounds spectacular.

I found this moth (Privet Hawk Moth?) on a dead tulip head and the cow parsley prolific around many of the trees.
