Minstrel

Today has been spent tidying up and trying to get organised. 

Minstrel has had some time on my lap and I took this quick photo of him. I'm blipping it because it's the least rubbish shot of the day. It's over a week since I Blipped him I think! 

I've had a walk to town and back too.

My Fitbit broke the other day and without it cracking the whip to keep me active the temptation to sit and read/write/go online any chance I get is almost overwhelming, especially when it's raining outside.

So long as Brian can get discount through his employer perks I'll get another one. I do think it's important to try to stay fit and healthy now I'm in my sixties.
