A great day

I've been to the Marsden this morning and my scans were clear of cancer!  The best news and on my birthday!   The scans did show something on my lung (as they did in November) but this is either an old infection or possibly some inflammation caused by the drug.  So treatment is delayed another week while they wait for the radiologist to compare the scans to be sure the drug isnt causing lung problems, but the important thing is that there is no cancer.

John and I popped into Camberley to Wagamamas for a celebratory lunch on the way home and tonight I will do nothing but relax as my brain needs to rest now after all the anxiety of the last few days.
