Water Harvesting
To Stanley Street Gallery for Andrew Sullivan’s solo exhibition and a pub lunch at the Strand, chosen for its French bistro, its 1920s razor gang history and the view from the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, the Alps of Darlinghurst, the high-rise flats that sprang up here from the 1920s, were blocked from view.
The cascades and stepping stones came later, in Sydney Park. Still lots of people after sunset, the children and dogs wearing twinkling lights.
