Preparation and Consumption

First day of the Timoney Leadership Institute’s Advanced Leadership Programme Module 2 in San Telmo Business School in Seville for which I’m the Head Coach. At the end of the day, we headed off, Dd included, to Bodegas Góngora (which dates from 1682) and which is undergoing an amazing renovation. The barrels shown here were filled over two hundred years ago using their still-functional, massive wine press dating from the 1500s - they contain the best of the best of their stock and give off the most wonderful rich sherry aroma.

On our return to the centre of Seville, Dd and I popped into Casa Ricardo, literally on the corner of our street . . . a lively place!
