clematis

Today it's the turn of the clematis to star in my blip. I thought we had lost it last year as a victim to clematis dieback, but a small piece must have survived and it's looking lovely again. My mother in law bought this for me many many years ago so I treasure it.

After work and a food shop, I went home, made some bread and then decided I really should go for a walk. It was a very wet one - proper deluge-type rain. I had waterproofs on, but left my phone at home, just in case.  
Looking forward to a bit of sunshine tomorrow morning - one of my favourite parts of the day right now is sitting outside with my morning coffee and listening to the birds singing :-)
