Tuesday

I had a hospital appt this morning in town, so up early. More instructions and treatment. 
My friend met me after and we went across to the Uni Cafe that is open to the public. enjoyed a muffin and tea/coffee in very nice surroundings.   Her son came down to say hello as he had a gap in his work day. 
Walked back home in the rain.
