Hot Wet Desiato

Down at the Spring Show today, primarily for my stint on the NGS charity stand but having the opportunity to wander around before that starts.

Sunny. Hot. 

Come the time to pack up the stand and carry it back to the car, the heavens exploded in a biblical fashion.

We could have moved the car to the stand but that required waiting an hour or two, and queuing for another.  We settled on multiple trips between apocalypses.

E came away with a justifiable first and some second prizes in the flower showing and a second in a photographic class.  I also came away with less comprehendible second place in a photographic class.  I'd have placed one of my entries, just not that one.
