Daisy and I go to London

What a cracking day, me and my girl. A train and a bus got us to the original pizza express, Daisy’s lifelong favourite place to eat. We had a standard PE lunch (Fiorentina for me Gloria!), then a quick whizz round Primark, Tesco Express for sweets and a drink and turned up at the Dominion Theatre just as they were saying two minutes until the show- perfect timing. Sister Act is was- very jolly. The 78 year old Lesley Joseph was actually marvellous, we managed to pick a date missing Ruth Jones but LJ did a very fine job.

Bus and train back home and finished our day off with the classic feminist film, legally blonde, currently back on Amazon Prime.
