Sunrise woke me. At some rest stop outside Albuquerque. This is viewing Moriarty, New Mexico. On other side of the mountains is Albuquerque.

Blip runner-up. Somewhere between Truth Or Consequence, NM and Deming, NM. Yeah, it's a real name of a town. Right by Elephant Butte. No joke.

Rio Grande, along I-25. At end of this grand river hundreds of miles away, at near the mouth in Texas, was the home of my great-grandmother, an Apache/Coahuilitecan.

Made it to Tucson in early afternoon. I'm beat.
