Flowers after a Very Physical Day

Why is it I can walk all day in the mountains and feel OK at the end of it but 6 hours hedge cutting (thanks for your help, Cam) and using the Karcher and I can hardly move tonight? Several storms have passed through giving a bit of respite while it rained briefly. Now time to stroke cats and put my feet up. I’m afraid I shall have to catch up with you later in the week, I’m “cream crackered!” (Rhyming slang for Kn…… ered).
