Singing for all he's worth

An early morning wren signing for all he's worth.  

The weather is now turning wet,  and as I sit here at the end of the morning the sky has become very grey and there have been some rumbles of thunder.  I think we are due a very heavy downpour shortly.   After the luxury of wearing shorts for the last few days it's definitely not shorts weather today - unless of course you are a British postman - they wear shorts all year round - for reasons that have never been properly explained.
