Flowering Cherry

Its still looking resplendent in its autumn colours......If you look closely you may see blossom (yes, blossom in Autumn).  This particular variety flowers three times each year.....now, June and September.
The colours were looking rather nice in the late afternoon sunshine.
I've spent some time at the computer - since the photo book is at the publishers I'm endeavouring to catch up with some editing - today I did our photography groups walk around the park at Pleasant Point which was a month ago and I've almost done out outing two weeks back when we walked the main street of Temuka.
Just as well, as tomorrow we meet again, sounds like we're going rural.
