Quality

On a very quiet night in A&E the wait was still 12 hrs. The plaster department closed at 9pm so the job was rushed. The chap who plastered our kitchen would have done a far better job. No pain killers in 12 hrs despite repeated requests. Pain killers can be picked up this afternoon only between 2pm and 3pm. Leg broken just above the ankle and very painful. Helen may need an op.
On every occasion and it has been far too often the last three years the service from the NHS has been shockingly dreadful.
