Notes: Woke 1230a, 330a and 430a ... and didn't go back to sleep after that. 520a rolled around and decided to run and fill the car w/ gas - wonderfully quick trip w/ almost no traffic! A bit cooler morning and opened everything up for a bit. Biked 10 mi tho quite tired and didn't feel very strong. Went as far as I could in the little park near the trail on 8th and saw a gator - a big one! (Got a video too!) Coming back saw an injured baby bird near the park ... tried to send some healing to it. Went back and did a quick dip in the pool - short swim and shower off. Walked back over to the parking lot where the bird was, took me a bit to find it, was looking better, hopping around some and yelling! I took a box but thought it was going to be ok so left it - seemed like a blue jay and some were circling. Dark load of laundry and relaxed, made coffee, had the CBS Sun show on. Susan called ~1015a w/ idea to put an ADU on her rental property so we chatted while she drove to church. Tired then, did a meditation and rested until noon. Made eggs w/ spinach, lemon & goat cheese and cooked some of the new organic chicken sausages from Aldi - good! Made another batch of choc peanut butter fat bombs (checked quite a few things off the to-do list today!).
