Douglas Again

I was enjoying being out of the bike this morning, so after another trip for the 'mono water of Lanarkshire' project, I decided to carry on and get myself an ice cream from the Jolly Jersey farm.  It was really good to be out on the bike, but my legs are shouting at me now.  Even fell asleep on the sofa.
