Playdates and Playdates

Ethan did well for seeing his friends today.

In the morning, Lisa came round with Ethan's wee pal Lucinda for a playdate. They played really nicely together, had lunch, and both looked disappointed when Lucinda had to go off to her gymnastics class.

However shortly after that we were heading out to Eliburn Park to meet Lesley and Ethan's best pal, Logan. The boys spent ages climbing up the slope then sliding back down on their backsides .... you can imagine the colour of their jeans / shorts by the end of it. Ethan also made me laugh by insisting on taking with him and wearing the whole time he was there, a pair of Christmas reindeer antlers! Lesley and Logan came back to our house for a while afterwards so the boys could carry on playing for a bit longer.

Granny arrived after dinner, minus Grandpa, as he's at home with a bad cold. Ethan pleased to see Granny but a bit sad Grandpa not here too.
